These Terms of Service govern your use of the Accio Vault service ("Accio Vault", "the Service") operated by Accio Vault. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Accio Vault is a secure personal document vault. It allows you to store, organise, and retrieve documents and life admin information for yourself and your household. Accio Vault is a storage and organisation tool - we do not provide legal, financial, medical, or any other professional advice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@getaccio.co.
You may create a household account with additional members. You are responsible for ensuring that any household members you add have consented to having their information stored in your vault.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You may use Accio Vault only for lawful personal and household document storage. You may not:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your documents belong to you. We do not access the contents of your vault except where required to provide technical support at your request, or where required by law.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you upload. Accio Vault is a storage tool - we do not verify, validate, or authenticate documents.
We recommend maintaining your own backup copies of important documents. While we take security seriously, no cloud service can guarantee zero data loss.
Accio Vault offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and your account may be downgraded to the free tier until payment is resolved.
Prices are shown in Israeli Shekels (₪) and are inclusive of applicable VAT.
The free tier allows access to 3 categories and up to 50MB of storage for 1 household member. If you exceed free tier limits, you will be prompted to upgrade. We will not delete your data if you downgrade from a paid plan, but you may lose access to certain features until you upgrade again.
We aim to keep Accio Vault available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance from time to time, during which the Service may be temporarily unavailable. We will do our best to notify users in advance of planned downtime.
Accio Vault and its design, features, and branding are owned by Accio Vault. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
Your documents and data remain your property at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accio Vault is not liable for:
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during that period.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of account deletion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
